Refund Policy
Last updated: 14 May 2026
We want every subscriber to get value from Global Trading Key. This page explains how refunds work and the limited circumstances under which we issue them.
1. Crypto payments are non-reversible
All payments to Global Trading Key are processed in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC and others). Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is mathematically irreversible. We cannot "refund" a crypto payment in the way credit-card chargebacks work.
2. When we issue credits or extensions
Even though we can't reverse the on-chain transaction, we do issue subscription credits or term extensions in the following cases:
Technical failure on our side
If the signal bot, Sanders, or Magic Keys was demonstrably unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours during your active subscription due to a fault on our infrastructure, we will extend your subscription by 2× the downtime period.
Duplicate payment
If you accidentally paid twice within 7 days, we credit the duplicate as additional subscription term.
Wrong tier paid
If you intended to subscribe to one tier but the payment landed on another, we adjust within 7 days at no extra cost. Contact @globalsanders with the transaction hash.
First-week good-faith review
If you discover within your first 7 days that the Service genuinely doesn't fit your needs (broker incompatibility, language issue, etc.), contact us. We review case-by-case and may issue a partial credit toward a future subscription.
3. When we do NOT issue credits
- You took losing trades — trading risk is yours alone
- You forgot to use the Service during your subscription
- You shared your key and got it deactivated
- Your broker rejected trades due to broker-side restrictions or insufficient margin
- You changed your mind after week 1
- You violated the Terms of Service
4. How to request a credit
DM @globalsanders on Telegram with:
- Your subscription key (GTK-XXXXXXXX)
- The transaction hash of your payment
- A short description of what went wrong
We respond within 5 business days.
5. Disputes
If we can't agree on a resolution, both parties have the right to take the dispute to a competent court in Amsterdam, Netherlands (see Terms § 12).
